Sales Manager – Middle East / North Africa (MENA)

Job Description

Four years minimum experience as a wireline field engineer is required!

The MENA Sales Manager will be the first point of contact for both new and existing customers and will work with customers to propose technical and commercial solutions that can meet their needs whilst adhering to Probe’s commercial processes.

The role is resulting from continuous business growth in the MENA-APAC Region over the last 4 years. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of undertaking the wide-ranging responsibilities listed below.

Minimum Requirements

• At least four years of cased-hole wireline logging experience in MENA, including experience with an international service company.
• Experience with mono-conductor cased hole telemetry systems such as Probe HD or similar.
• A minimum of two years of technical sales experience in related oil & gas equipment sales.

Preferred Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic
• Established a network of relationships with regional service companies and NOCs
• Successful track record in growing business across MENA region.

Responsibilities

• General management duties to lead Probe MENA team and grow customer support capabilities.
• Manage relationships with Probe agents and representatives within MENA.
• Deliver or exceed sales targets as set by Probe leadership team.
• Become technically knowledgeable on a full range of Probe products.
• Deepen relationships with customers throughout the MENA Region.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and comprehensive manner.
• Actively seek out new customers and applications for Probe products across MENA.
• Provide market analysis, competitor feedback, and customer technology needs.

Work Schedule

• Extensive travel is required to visit customers throughout MENA and Caspian.
• Travel is mainly in MENA, but global mobility is required, including Canada and USA.
