<p><strong>We are hiring a Sales Manager for our Kuwait branch</strong></p><p><br></p><p><u>Summary:</u></p><p>The Sales<span> Manager is responsible for building, maintaining and growing the distribution channels. He is accountable for recruitment, training, development and monitoring of the agents to be in line with the annual strategy and business plan and ensure achievement of the department set activities and sales targets as per company annual budget.</span></p><p><br></p><p><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li>Adopt and adapt the implementation of the Sales Policy &amp; Procedure and suggests improvement of the sales channels</li><li>Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within his team</li><li>Monitor the Sales Department’s performance against pre-set KPI’s in line with Sales Strategy and recommends corrective actions accordingly</li><li>Recruit Agents as per company plan and set incentive/commission plans</li><li>Provide coaching in field visits to ensure they manage, maintain and build solid relationships with their clients</li><li>Track and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure each agent achieves its annual activities and sales targets</li><li>Prepare and maintain a yearly business plan, set targets &amp; strategies for agents and the team</li><li>Monitor and follow up on agents accounts receivables and take corrective measures and actions</li><li>Coach, develop and support Sales agents and the team to ensure delivery of the required efficiency</li><li>Develop and monitor the implementation of innovative methods to increase clients’ sales, expand markets reach and promote business in the region</li><li>Comply with the required standards of sales excellence and best practice, and group, legal and regulatory requirements</li><li>Evaluate &amp; identify market trends and gather competitive information that affect current and future growth of sales and profitability</li><li>Conduct meetings with key customers to ensure strong relationship and remove business obstacles, aligning with long term company direction</li><li>Responsible for improving the Sales department overall production and assisting the team to achieve their monthly target.</li><li>Compile and analyze sales figures and prepare on time management reports to superior</li><li>Provide orientation and on-the-job training to new employees, trainees and agents</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Requirements:</u></p><ul><li>At least 7 years’ experience in the Insurance industry minimum 5 of them in insurance sales and supervising a team</li><li>Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.</li><li>CII Diploma / certificate is a plus</li><li>MBA is a plus</li><li>Microsoft Office Skills</li><li>Excellent communication, reporting and networking skills</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to lead and influence others</li><li>Ability to train and coach sales agents</li><li>Demonstrable and successful sales track record</li><li>Proven record of effectively meeting sales quotas</li><li>Has knowledge of local laws and practices</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Additional details about this position will only be provided to short-listed candidates.</strong></p>
