<p><strong><em>Job Description:</em></strong></p><p>We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets to join our growing team in KSA.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have local KSA market experience in the field of Guest Room Management System, Home Automation Systems, and Electrical Wiring Devices and Accessories. He will generate new business leads, build and maintain the company’s channel partner/system integrator network, and close sales deals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Establish and maintain effective relationships with Hotel Operators, Real-estate Developers, Clients and other customers to understand their needs.</li><li>Promote customer understanding of full product/systems/services offering, particularly Guest Room Management Systems and Home Automation Systems, and Electrical Devices and Wiring Accessories.</li><li>Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.</li><li>Prepares offers in coordination with the estimation department. Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date records of business records and orders pipeline to meet or exceed the company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li><li>Understand and stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.</li><li>Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Qualifications:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Electrical Engineering background, preferably in control and automation.</li><li>5+ years of KSA sales experience in the domain of Hotel, Home and Building Automation Systems, preferably in a B2B environment.</li><li>Experience in KNX or similar Building Automation Systems.</li><li>Excellent exposure to Hospitality, Real Estate developers and MEP Consultants.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of Guest Room Management System, Home Automation and Lighting Control Systems.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.</li><li>Ability to work independently, without supervision, and as part of a team.</li><li>Proven Track record of sales target achievement.</li><li>Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Arabic-speaking candidates with fluent English language skills are preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and professional growth, please apply by submitting your resume and cover letter to:</p><p><br></p><p>hr@jung.ae</p><p><br></p><p>with the subject line “Sales Manager KSA”</p>
