Job Description
- Developing new business opportunities across markets by constant analysis & identification prospective partnership
- Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base
- Achieve sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Responsible for increasing and tracking company market share
- Responsible for advancing Company Customer Service Reputation with external & internal Customer base
- Research and build relationships with new clients, Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
- Effectively and efficiently manage and direct sales activities to ensure sales targets are met
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentation
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Assist Unit Manager in establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
- Assigns and allocates resources to achieve specific business results
- Provide monthly business reports to Senior Management
- Assist in resolving ongoing issues with the clients as appropriate
- Provide timely feedback to Senior Management regarding Team’s performance
Skills
- Must have an Engineering or Business degree
- At least 5 years’ experience in either IT or Security Industry
- Have at least 3 – 5 years’ proven sales track record in UAE
- Strong sales presentation and networking skills
- Must have a UAE driving license.
