<p>Infinity Properties is a new brokerage firm established in Dubai with an aggressive growth plan. We have decades long relationships with many of the developers, investors and other stakeholders in the UAE real estate industry and will create value by leveraging our capital, expertise and relationships to capitalize on existing and future opportunities.</p><p><br></p><p>We are hiring individuals who are proven and enjoy the challenge of building from the ground up. Because of the startup nature, you will be required to wear multiple hats at times and there will be growing pains as usual therefore resilience, adaptivity and agility are key attribute you must possess. We place a lot of value in your judgement ability and your existing reputation in the market.</p><p><br></p><p>The Sales Manager reports to the Director of Sales.</p><p><br></p><p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead, coach, mentor and manage a team of five property consultants to ensure top performance of all team members in achieving company revenue goals.</li><li>Communicate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly with team regarding sales production demands, goal setting, product knowledge with the ability to adapt to changing sales environments.</li><li>Prepare sales numbers monthly, quarterly and yearly and continually monitor sales activity making recommendations to the director of sales.</li><li>Work closely with the team to ensure open communication on all matters; develop a strong environment and strong commitment to achieving company revenue goals.</li><li>Overseeing the entire sales process from start to finish and assisting in problem solving of sales and closing issues between all parties.</li><li>Conduct and/or contribute to monthly/quarterly and/or annual performance appraisals.</li><li>Work closely with marketing departing in adjusting market strategies accordingly in order to remain competitive with the changing market.</li><li>Review market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, etc.</li><li>Build strong relationships with Developers in Dubai</li><li>Seek new business opportunities</li></ul><p><br></p><p>QUALIFICATIONS</p><ul><li>Experience (3 years minimum) as a Sales Manager at a reputable brokerage in Dubai is a must</li><li>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the Dubai market</li><li>Leadership and communication skills</li><li>Understanding of Dubai real estate laws and regulations</li><li>Current Dubai broker license</li></ul>
