<p>The ideal candidate will drive new customer acquisitions through skilled prospecting and follow-up, and build and nurture new customer opportunities leading to the contract phase. Candidate should have good contacts with CMO who are focused on digital marketing.</p><p>The products and services involve Google Analytics, Digital Marketing and Google Cloud along with other platforms used in the digital space.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties and responsibilities include:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>The key KPI would be Net revenue/ Sales&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for managing new customer acquisition independently and following the customer acquisition cycle from qualified lead to contract.</li><li>Tracking sales opportunities in private and public sectors. This would include checking the listing of tenders.</li><li>Registration of the company as a vendor in Government departments, Public as well as private sectors</li><li>Achieving incremental revenue from new customers or through upsell from the existing client base.</li><li>Probe client’s business needs, opportunities, and objectives by conducting discovery meetings with CMO’s, Digital Product managers, and C level executives.</li><li>Understand context and create a solution framework leveraging google GMP ecosystem and framework that acts as a building block to address client tactical and strategic problems.</li><li>Ensure sales processes are followed and actively contribute to the improvement of the sales process.</li><li>Keep in touch with developments in the start-up environment and be a first runner in offering the services</li><li>Training/workshops as possible within the concerned region to establish our influence in the eyes of potential clients.</li><li>Nurture, grow and own the existing customer portfolio relationships eventually leading to deepening of customer relationships and renewal of existing contracts.</li><li>Maintain a healthy relationship with the business and finance POC and influence them to clear pending payments.</li><li>Liaison with the delivery team for preparing proposals for the customers and creating solutions</li><li>Prepare proposal/ quote and liaison with legal teams to ensure smooth empanelment and approval of the contract.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements and Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span class=”ql-cursor”></span>Proven experience in Sales/Business Development or similar roles.</li><li>Proven experience and knowledge of Analytics, Media, Digital Advertising and Marketing solutions</li><li>Existing relationships with key stakeholders within the Digital domain – CMO’s, Digital Product managers, and C level executives, within the Middle East region, especially in UAE and KSA markets</li><li>Should have registered or assisted in the process of registration of vendors with the Government or Public Sector</li><li>Impeccable communication and comprehension. A person who has sold or worked on two or more product lines and can demonstrate depth in understanding of each.</li><li>Understanding the corporate and trade laws of UAE &amp; KSA would be an added advantage.</li><li>Understanding of international taxation and fund transfer policy in KSA</li><li>Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English</li><li>Digital business acumen</li><li>Ability to liaison with C-level executives and influence decision-makers</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software</li><li>Should have worked with companies with diverse cultures.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>The role is currently based in Dubai with possible relocation to Saudi Arabia in future.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience in Analytics and Digital Marketing</p>
