With a collective strength of 10 brands, we have more than 200 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.<p><br></p>As a Sales Manager – Advertising you will be responsible for managing a team of Agency Sales and Direct Sales across both dubizzle and Bayut.Your key focus will be on upskilling and developing your direct reports, ensuring they are enhancing relationships with, planners, buyers, senior leads within the media agencies and key clients, creating opportunities for our long-term existing clients, whilst winning new advertisers for both dubizzle and Bayut.<p><br></p><strong>In this role, you will:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Being a present sales lead within the Media Agencies is very important, ensuring no barrier to sales, whilst also being seen as an industry leader in the digital space.</li><li>Develop and successfully execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed growth and revenue goals for your sales team.</li><li>Identify opportunities in the market with your team by creating and targeting a list of key potential clients, matching our products to the clients’ needs. Understand the media agency landscape and who the decision makers are, building strong reasoning for why they should advertise on dubizzle/Bayut.</li><li>Ensure a high level of sales activity from your sales team, plus efficient pipeline management across all stages of the sales cycle (source, pitch, negotiate, convert, onboard and rebook).</li><li>Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge on both the dubizzle and Bayut advertising product but also market trends, becoming a market expert in your field.</li><li>Coach your team to consistently deliver for their advertisers by creating well-structured and throughout media plans / proposal slides which fit the client’s needs.</li><li>Actively manage each campaign, improving performance where possible. Analyse performance, guiding the client on next steps.</li><li>Provide solid weekly / monthly revenue forecasts to management which are accurate. Plus, build business cases for product innovation or new pricing alternatives.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Marketing or Advertising related higher qualification preferred</li><li>4+ years in digital media position essential, minimum 3 years in media sales. Agency experience is a bonus.</li><li>2 Years minimum people management managing a sales team</li><li>Deep understanding of digital advertising preferred (SEM, PPC, Banner ads, Programmatic advertising)</li><li>PowerPoint/google slides, Excel/sheets needed. Salesforce / google ad manager experience is a bonus.</li><li>Excellent negotiating skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Driven individual who will go above and beyond.
