It strives to supply and sell a variety of products that cater to local and regional markets at competitive prices<p><br></p><strong><u>What Will You Do</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and drive revenue growth.</li><li>Managing a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to optimize their performance.</li><li>Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking.</li><li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li>Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative sales strategies.</li><li>Setting sales targets, monitoring progress, and preparing regular reports for senior management.</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.</li><li>Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote brand awareness and foster business relationships</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>What Do They Expect From You</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.</li><li>Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.</li><li>Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the [relevant industry or product/service details].</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.</li><li>Fluency in both written and spoken English.
