Our Distribution team is seeking an experienced <strong>Sales Manager</strong> for our <u>Life Distribution</u></p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p><ul><li>Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team</li><li>Recruit, train, and coach a team of sales consultant to develop their skills.</li><li>Generate new business and build introducer relationships </li><li>Develop and manage successful campaigns for your team, clients, and partners.</li><li>Drive revenue with the account executives to exceed budgets.</li><li>Champion our brand and unique advertising offerings within the industry.</li><li>Be visible with clients.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>WHAT DO WE OFFER</strong></p><ul><li>Fresh USD income.</li><li>Commission on direct sales in USD fresh</li><li>Bonuses and incentives.</li><li>Medical insurance for the applicant and his/her family.</li><li>Personal growth and professional development </li><li>A benefit plan including pension and other designations.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS </strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience preferably, in sales and sales management or related field</li><li> Experience in managing clients’ relationships </li><li>Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas</li><li>Results-oriented with strong analytical skills</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or similar</li><li>Ability to work in a competitive environment.</li><li>High determination and self-discipline.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills</li></ul><p></p>
