Job Description

<p><span>• Candidates must be energetic, ambitious and hardworking</span></p><p><span>• Proven record in sales, ideally design and build/interior fit out</span></p><p><span>• Must have worked on projects valued at minimum 1 million AED</span></p><p><span>• Valid UAE driving license</span></p><p><span>• Technical awareness of interior products/fit out works</span></p><p><span>• Computer literate with good operating skills in MS Office</span></p><p><span>• Excellent presentation skills</span></p><p><span>• Outgoing personality with ability to engage clients</span></p><p><span>• Knowledge of Arabic would be a bonus</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements </strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>• Manage and develop client relations</span></p><p><span>• Successfully engage clients in order to sell our client`s services, ensuring maximum profit and revenue for the company</span></p><p><span>• Briefing Project Managers once the projects have been secured and assisting with general communications until the contract handover</span></p><p><span>• Manage clients expectations through liaison with internal departments, keeping clients updated on project developments and building sustainable long term client relationships</span></p><p><span>• Coordinate with internal departments and ensure the team delivers the client requirements on schedule and to the highest standard</span></p><p><span>• Coordinate with finance to follow up with clients on payments and ensure a steady cash flow for projects</span></p><p><span>• Marketing Degree or equivalent desired</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the company</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Founded in 2014, Capstone is a privately-owned&nbsp;</span>interior and fit-out company<span>&nbsp;based in UAE with a noble history built on quality and integrity.
