If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.***</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>The main responsibilities will include:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.</li><li>Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.</li><li>Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.</li><li>Suggest, seek approval, and implement marketing plans, and promotional materials of assigned products.</li><li>Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.</li><li>Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.</li><li>Recommend pricing strategies.</li><li>Develop SOP for sales, marketing, and market access personnel.</li><li>Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>To be successful you will need to meet the following:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.</li><li><strong>Minimum of 10 years’ sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry managing cardiology and diabetes portfolio.</strong></li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.</li><li>Good decision-making skills, great problem-solving, and analytical abilities.</li><li>Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>***We check all applications and suitable candidates will be contacted within 5 working days.
