<p><strong><u>SALES MANAGER</u></strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Job Description –</p><p>We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative during the process. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, formulating sales plans, and justifying those to plans to the upper management.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Responsibilities –</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Create, strategize and execute sales plans that expands the customer base</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintaining and improving relationships with the clients</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Negotiate deals, contracts, handle customer grievances if any</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with team members to achieve desired sales targets</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Skills and Requirements -</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency in English</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good inter-personal and negotiation skills</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in same industry</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fast learner and a passion for sales</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Self-motivated and with result driven approach</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Commerce Graduate with a Management or similar degree</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Office Locations -</p><p>.
