<p>The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets</li><li>Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent</li><li>Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s global reach</li><li>Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs</li><li>Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales to set objectives and monitor progress</li><li>Manage the month-end and year-end close processes</li><li>Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers</li><li>Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business</li><li>5+ years’ of sales experience</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Only candidates with health care background will be short listed</li></ul>
