Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Concrete. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential business opportunities and partnerships locally and internationally
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and grow the company
- Negotiate and close deals with new partners and clients
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create and execute data-driven promotional campaigns and materials
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
- Promote the company’s name and introduce its services, products, and brands to the market
Benefits
- Basic monthly salary: KWD 600
- Monthly commissions of 500KD+ (upon reaching the target)
- Rewarding incentives based on performance
Qualifications
- Available for immediate hiring
- Transferable visa
- Valid driving license
- At least 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- Fluent in English and Arabic, spoken and written
- Experience with CRM software
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth
- Excellent project-management and time-management skills
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing other junior sales members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the marketing and design industry is a plus
