<p>Salary range: 7000 SAR per Month.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Summary:</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our EdTech Company, a Joint Venture Company of Upgrad India, which is a unicorn company in the Edtech space. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers online and offline and ensuring customer satisfaction.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.</li><li>Will have to handle digital Marketing drive and Online Lead generation.</li><li>Lead and manage the sales team to ensure they meet their targets.</li><li>Will be responsible for new client acquisition, revenue growth as well as existing clients &amp; retention and relationship.</li><li>Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales &amp; marketing strategies; initiating market development efforts.</li><li>Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services to customers.</li><li>Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.</li><li>Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Should be settled in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Should have education from India.</li><li>Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.</li><li>Minimum 3 – 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech, Software Sales or Education Field.</li><li>Strong leadership and management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.</li><li>Willingness to travel as required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and a track record of achieving targets, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.</p>
