<p><strong>Sales Manager / Overhead Cranes and lifting equipment. </strong></p><p><strong><em><u>Experience:</u></em></strong></p><p><strong> 5 – 15 Years</strong></p><p><strong><em><u>Qualifications include:</u></em></strong></p><p>· <strong><em>Education</em></strong>: Bachelor of Sc. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with CAD software experience. Have good expertise with all lifting equipment sales.</p><p>· <strong><em>Specialized knowledge:</em></strong> International business with emphasis on Commercial aspects, and technical skills</p><p>· <strong><em>Skills:</em></strong> Effective communication skills, Team management, time Management, Project Management and Design Skills</p><p>· <strong><em>Abilities</em></strong>: Judging business & prospects, analyzing information’s (specifications, drawings, offering handling or lifting solutions, Networking with prospects), Quick response</p><p>· Other characteristics such as personal characteristics: Pleasing personality, Adaptability, Acceptability. Working under pressure, committed to timelines and project plan.</p><p>· Professional Certification: Business Administration/ Contracts specialists</p><p>· Experience: Material Handling/ Cranes/ Rotating Equipment’s – Minimum 5 Years</p><p><strong><em><u>Job Purpose</u></em></strong></p><p>Basic function is Sales and business development.</p><p>· The job serves as the bridge between Stahl Egypt & Customer</p><p>· Instill confidence with customer and enable Stahl Egypt to achieve the business objectives and thus return of investments.</p><p>· All required inputs to company in the form of forecasts, prospects, Orders, risks & rewards, and output to customer which will effectively increase customer perceived value and thus ensures customer loyalty.</p><p><strong><em><u>Duties and responsibilities:</u></em></strong></p><p>· Business Development: Identify leads, network effectively, sustain existing business relationships with a long-term perspectives & maintain working relationships with new contact.</p><p>· Sales: Prioritize, Work on, Clarify, negotiate, Update, Forecast, realize the target projects & other prospects in a profitable way satisfying company values and business ethics.</p><p>· Support to colleagues on prospects and possible projects for rest of Middle East business</p><p>· Managing Key accounts in Egypt.</p><p>· Supporting procurement of spare parts.</p><p>· Prequalify company and products for both EPC’s and end users.</p><p>· Project coordination and interference whenever required.</p><p>· Support in payment follow ups, LD discussions related to your projects.</p><p>· Forecasting and reporting to Management</p><p> </p><p> <strong><em><u>Working conditions</u></em></strong></p><p>Business development requires a lot of flexibility in moving with different types of customers, cultures, professions. Needs to research a lot and have a plan on how to make the work and environment conducive for business.</p><p>Also, must be able to work in all sites, which may include remote sites for existing cranes assessment and data collection, harsh environment, working late or after working hours or during weekends and holydays or even outside the country.</p><p><br></p><p>#Sales_Manager</p><p><span>#Overhead_Cranes_lifting </span>equipment.</p>
