<p>The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. The candidate will be focused on developing and executing a sales game plan to meet the products’ top line objectives through developing sales plans, analyzing data, generating leads, approaching leads and closing deals. The candidate will act as technical expert in customer presentations. In addition, they determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as liaison between the organization’s sales/business development and product delivery team. The product is a mix of SaaS and TaaS and is in the field of trucking and fleet management solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Acquire NNS (Net New Shippers) on a monthly basis according to the budgeted figures.</li><li>Complete account management, starting from lead qualification, rate negotiations, onboarding, problem-solving, and liaising with cross-department teams, till the shippers’ journey is over.</li><li>Spending most of the time outdoors – visiting customers, attending trade exhibitions/conferences, and networking.</li><li>The Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers and convert them into sales.</li><li>Develop new relationships to grow the business and help the company expand.</li><li>He/she has a good understanding of the Trucking and Logistics industry in Egypt (Domestic and Cross Border).</li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with designated existing and prospective customers.</li><li>Communicate new product propositions to existing and prospective customers.</li><li>Plan, prepare and deliver responses (inclusive of presentations) to existing and prospective customers.</li><li>Maintain the Customer Relationship Management database accurately and in a timely manner and produce weekly/monthly sales reports.</li><li>Provide constructive feedbacks with evidence to the solutions teams as part of products continuous improvement cycle.</li><li>Adhere to the company policy, guidelines and deadlines in developing and accuracy of the expenses reports for his area of ownership after aligning with his management before proceeding with any expense in the first place.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>5 – 7 years of hands-on experience in a sales environment with experience managing different account sizes in transportation.</li><li>Experience selling trucking services is advantageous. Experience selling export/import trucking services is advantageous.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders including operations, finance, and customer service teams.</li><li>Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies and a history of successful deal and client network.</li><li>A sales mindset with the ability to grow strong partnerships.</li></ul>
