<p>MNA Properties are seeking for a Sales Manager to come and join the secondary market division team. </p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market. The candidate must have vast experience as an agent here in Dubai and a proven track record of sales. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>To help and advise a small team of experienced/un-experienced agents</li><li>Help with negotiating/closing techniques</li><li>Point of contact for agents </li><li>To assist in motivating the team </li><li>Share expertise in the market </li><li>Attend viewings/contract signings with team</li><li>Work alongside other sales managers to set KPI’s for agents </li><li>Monitor agent’s day-day tasks </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent written and communication skills</li><li>Good time management </li><li>Minimum 2 years in the market </li><li>Proven track record of sales </li><li>Management style approach</li></ul>
