The Sales Manager will lead and guide the sales team in order to meet strategic targets by setting sales goals &amp; quotas, building a sales plan, analyzing data, assigning sales training and sales territories, and mentoring the members of the team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>– Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.</p><p>– Maintain and contribute to the Company philosophy of Continuous Improvement, and continually seek to review and improve these functions within the department.</p><p>– Design and implement a marketing strategy, and sales plan for the complete Trading Division.</p><p>– Achieve sales targets and profit margins of the Trading Division.</p><p>– Prepare sales reports and sales forecasts.</p><p>– Regular meetings with Principals to plan strategies and review performance.</p><p>– Develop new potential Principles in line with Company’s Business Line.</p><p>– Proactive approach to visiting different Industrial equipment OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), and their factories in Europe to make long-lasting relations with them to improve business.</p><p>– Negotiate for an agency agreement with potential European OEMs to represent them in the Middle East through the UAE office.</p><p>– Develop &amp; maintain strong relationships with executives and key decision-makers from the customer side (both in the Private sector and Government sector).</p><p>– Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales professionals.</p><p>– Meet with sales teams to review performance and oversee the performance management of underperforming staff members.</p><p>– Monitor the sales activities of competitors and utilize appropriate ideas.</p><p>– Increase efficiency of business procedures by meeting with operational and sourcing departments.</p><p>– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong>–&nbsp;</strong>Candidate must be a&nbsp;<strong>sales professional from the MRO parts trading division.</strong></p><p>– Candidates dealing with&nbsp;<strong>Desalination Plant Parts sales, Industrial Companies – Cement, Steel, Aluminium Smelters, Oil &amp; Gas, Power, and Water</strong>&nbsp;are advised to apply.</p><p>– Must possess&nbsp;<strong>8 – 10 years of experience</strong>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<strong>GCC within MRO Parts Trading segment.</strong></p><p><strong>–&nbsp;</strong>Must be fluent in<strong>&nbsp;English, Arabic, and German (preferable).</strong></p>
