Job Description
"Core Responsibilities:
Manages and Coordinates all sales activities locally, regionally, and internationally
Takes the lead on sales efforts, tracking prospecting and lead generation activities
Monitors pricing and dynamic revenue management approach to ensure value integrity is maintained while achieved highest margin for retail, wholesale and corporate sales initiatives
Works with showroom, airport, Daimeh, KK, JRD, IKEA, Supermarket teams for a holistic approach to sales activities and customer service
Works on regional sales deals for KK
Works on international sales deals to IKEA
Prepares sales budgets
Ensures all sales and marketing activities are tracked and generate detailed reports
Maintains a customer database and productivity report to ensure current, past and potential clients are identified and potential sales initiatives are organized and effective.
Develops and implements of a sales and marketing plan with a detailed action plan
Emphasizes product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitation
Leads sales team and train them on the best sales practices to ensure high profile clients service, to ensure that the sales team are adherent to JRF strategic sales and marketing plans.
Settings individual sales targets with the sales team and monitors their performance
Presents Sales Revenues, and Expenses Report to Management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any other related field.
Excellent English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
10 years of experience in a similar role preferably in retail or FMCG industry.
