<p>We are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, pro-active, and assertive individuals for<strong> Sales Manager</strong> position to achieve sales targets on a consistent basis <span>to </span><strong>join immediately</strong><span>.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deals.</li><li>Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales target.</li><li>Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.</li><li>Presentation to customers on Sobha Hartland project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals. Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.</li><li>Building a network of real estate brokers with the region and international level as well. Maintaining an extensive database of brokers /Channel Partners/Individual Clients. Updating customers data and sales records diligently on salesforce.</li><li>Coordinate with the allied teams for necessary paperwork. All relevant documents to be verified, prior to processing a sale and ensuring the initial payments are collected within the stipulated time.</li><li>Knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide customers with integrity and build trust. Adhere and ensure compliance with the company guidelines and policies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Education & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales is desirable. Target driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong team player and goal orientated.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and Presentation skills</li><li>Effective negotiation, and analytical skills</li></ul>
