Purpose:  

This Job Location is in Lebanon working remotely from an office space.

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and increasing Kozma Curl Products sales through bricks & mortar and online resellers.

Responsibilities:   

  1. Increase retail sales through bricks & mortar and online resellers.

  2. Acquire new resellers, online, and offline, salons, retailers, etc..

  3. Manage any sales rep that we potentially hire to sell to Salons

  4. Reach out and acquire new retailers and wholesalers globally.

  5. Reach out and acquire new online sellers.

  6. Reach out and acquire new salons to sell to.

  7. Manage all resellers

  8. Provide customer service to resellers and manage their order fulfillment.

Requirements

Required Competencies:

  1. Sales Experience in beauty products

  2. Sales team management

  3. Good English & Written Communication

  4. Confident

  5. Negotiation Skills

  6. Persuasion ability

  7. Customer Service Experience

  8. Ability to calculate product profit margin and able to generate offers

  9. Ability to understand the brand concept

  10. Computer skills & ability to generate reports

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum bachelor’s degree

  2. 5 years plus of relevant experience

Benefits

Pay Package:

  1. Salary: Great Salary (Get Paid in USD) + Sales Commission

  2. 21 days paid Vacation + & up to 10 paid local holidays

  3. Other Benefits will be discussed in interview
