Job Description

• Execute and coordinate activities based on company business strategy.

• Manage the sales team and opportunities for the company enterprise business.

• Achieve TEAM sales targets and ensure growth.

• Provide sales team activity plans and report monthly / quarterly.

• Develop strategies for marketing various company offerings.

• Execute Sales and Marketing strategies.

• Provide management with regular guidelines representing current market situation.

• Any other business-related job upon request and needed.

• Clear vision and targeted plan per quarter and annually ( Pipeline).

• Strong Connections and contact list in Iraq.

• Market needs awareness and success story footprint either in Iraq or other MEA market.

• Excellent team leading, teamwork and communication skills.

• IT and DC technologies awareness and good knowledge.

Manage the company opportunities in the listed sector.

• Responsible for managing the sales team and meeting the set target.

• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotes for the sector.

• Responsible for monitoring the performance of his team.

• Handle key customer relationships.

• Achieve sales team targets and growths.

• Provide sales teams activities plans and modify/quarterly forecast.

• Develop strategies for marketing various company offering.

• Provide management with regular guidelines representing current market situations.

• Responsible for the closing of the full sales cycle (proposals, delivery, negotiate, payment).

• Prepare and conduct customer presentation for proposed solutions.

• Negotiate terms and conclusion conditions of contract, to guarantee certainly of supply with best

terms.

• Establish, maintain, develop and expand relationships with customers at all levels.

• Provide reports on customer’s needs, problems, interests, market situation, competitive activities

and potential for new products/services.

• Support team on proposals and solutions to customers.

• Attend company provided training and upon return transfer knowledge to local sales team.

• Provide assistance to project function, in particular in the fulfilment of technical and design.

• Provide periodic reporting to direct manager.

• Any other tasks assigned by the Direct Manager or Executive Manager.

• Commitment to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS.

Skills

• Education :

– BA in Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.

• Experience :

– At least 5 – 6 years of Senior Management position with hands on experience in Telecom vendors and operators.

– Excellent Arabic & English communication
