Job Description
Our growing Company is seeking to hire a high performing Sales Manager who will be responsible to help us meet our customers’ needs and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The selected candidate will be in-charge of sales department and responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the Management.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Achieves growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Designs and implements a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market
• Sets qualitative and quantitative objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Builds and promotes strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Presents sales, revenues and expense reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identifies emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Able to manage multiple luxury brands
