Our client is a leading Business Consulting firm in Dubai for  Business Setup, Company Formation & Consulting. 

They are looking for an experience Sales Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work effectively to achieve individual and department sales targets, goals, objectives and strive consistently to create outstanding customer engagement.
• Overseeing all sales, promotions, and campaigns.
• Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales staff.
• Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
• Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.
• Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
• Setting discount rates and determining price schedules.
• Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
• Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
• Setting sales targets and goals.
• Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team.
• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
• Defining and executing territory sales plans.
• Update the CRM (Zoho) and accurately manage each allocated inquiry.
• Ensure detailed and timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reporting, in line with Company requirements.

Requirements and Skills:

• Has extensive UAE company incorporation/business setup expertise.
• Well-experienced and has a solid understanding of onshore and offshore company formation.
• Has outstanding sales, managing teams, networking, and business development skills.
• Must be a passionate go-getter, capable of managing clients with limited supervision.
• Knowledgeable in using CRM tools (Preferably Zoho CRM).
• Outstanding Sales & presentation skills and a positive attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, other language is a plus.
• Must hold a Bachelors degree.
• 3 to 5 years experience in company setup in the United Arab Emirates.
