<p>We are seeking Sales Managers with not less than five years’ experience to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have proven sales leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a track record of success in developing and implementing sales strategies.</p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p> </p><p>1. Responsible for creating and executing strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. This includes identifying target markets, developing sales plans, and setting sales targets for the team.</p><p> </p><p>2. Oversee a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their individual and team targets. This includes setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and delivering training programs.</p><p> </p><p>3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing strategic solutions to meet their advertising and marketing goals. This includes regular communication, client meetings, and negotiations.</p><p> </p><p>4. Identify new business opportunities, prospect for new clients, and expand the client base for other branches. Additionally, you will manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing revenue potential.</p><p> </p><p>5. Analyze market trends, and competitor activities to forecast sales revenues and set sales targets. Additionally, you will manage the sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and monitor expenses to ensure profitability.</p><p> </p><p>6. Collaborate closely with other departments within branches, such as marketing, creative, and operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns and client satisfaction.</p><p> </p><p>7. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand market trends, and identify new business opportunities. Additionally, you will analyze competitor activities and strategies to position our advertising company effectively.</p><p> </p><p>8. Analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management. This includes monitoring key performance indicators, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts.</p><p> </p><p>9. Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build networks, promote company, and stay updated with industry trends and developments.</p><p> </p><p>10.Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines in sales and advertising, including advertising standards, data privacy regulations, and industry codes of conduct.</p><p></p>
