One of the most Prominent Trading &amp; Contracting Co. in Qatar, specialized in stainless steel , Aluminium Sheets , Glass Hardware , Power tools , Welding machines , woods is currently seekingis looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. As a <strong>sales Manager</strong>, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with Clients and our Company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing, and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Our company, aim to produce sustainable success stories and durable performance improvements for our clients portfolios, and we need a Sales Manager who is passionate about helping our clients achieve their business objectives.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in our manufacturing industry</li><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets</li><li>Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials</li><li>Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and generate leads</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction</li><li>Keep up to date with trends and developments in our manufacturing industry</li><li>Manage the sales team in the company </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field</li><li>5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record </li><li>Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team of sales professionals</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships with clients</li><li>Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies</li><li>Knowledge of manufacturing industry trends, regulations</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment</li></ul>
