Job brief<p><br></p>We are looking for a Sales Manager with excellent communication and leadership abilities to lead sales team members, develop sales programs, and set and meet the KPIs.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Promote the company as leading Shipping, Freight and Logistics provider.</li><li>Set up new business for the Freight Forwarding Department.</li><li>Manage Sales of the Companys Logistics and Freight Forwarding division in addition to selling the Companys Products and Services.</li><li>Reach atleast 60 sales calls on monthly basis and must cover 3 times the salary cost.</li><li>Achievement of departments Sales Budget.</li><li>To ensure consistent profitable growth in sales through positive planning, deployment and management of Sales Personnel.</li><li>To identify objectives, strategies and action plan to improve short and long term sales and earnings.</li><li>To collaborate with the Management in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.</li><li>Managed quotations for Air freight, Sea freight, Land freight,</li><li>Warehousing and Transportation.</li><li>Analyses cost and profitability in preparing quotations.</li><li>Set targets.</li><li>Liaise with Operation Department for follow up and information requested.</li><li>Prepare daily / weekly / monthly report to the direct management.</li><li>Establish and maintain customer relations at a senior level.</li><li>Achieve Year on Year revenue growth</li><li>Achieve Month on Month revenue growth</li><li>Negotiate Contracts.</li><li>Maintained quality customer service to clients.</li><li>Establish and maintained good relations with suppliers / agents.</li><li>Debt collection.<br></li></ul>
