Fidelity Assurance & Reinsurance Co. S.A.L. is seeking a Sales Manager/Life for South who will become a key member of Fidelity’s sales management team

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Recruit, train, and coach a team of sales consultant to develop their skills.
  • Generate new business and build introducer relationships
  • Develop and manage successful campaigns for your team, clients, and partners.
  • Drive revenue with the account executives to exceed budgets.
  • Champion our brand and unique advertising offerings within the industry.
  • Be visible with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience preferably, in sales management or related field
  • Experience of managing clients’ relationships
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or similar
  • Ability to work in a competitive environment.
  • High determination and self-discipline.
  • Excellent Leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
