<p>Sales Manager at Grand Millennium Al Seef Basra</p><p><br></p><p>Position Overview:</p><p>We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.&nbsp;</p><p>As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and governmental clients and maximizing business opportunities. Your primary goal will be to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets.</p><p>2. Identify and establish new business opportunities by actively prospecting and engaging with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential markets.</p><p>3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.</p><p>4. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.</p><p>5. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure business and achieve sales goals.</p><p>6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and revenue management, to develop promotional activities and packages that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.</p><p>7. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel’s services and generate leads.</p><p>8. Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and provide insights to the management team.</p><p>9. Keep abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate challenges.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications and Skills:</p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.</p><p>- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry.</p><p>- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.</p><p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.</p><p>- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.</p><p>- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Join our team and be part of an exceptional hospitality experience at Grand Millennium Al Seef Basra Hotel.
