Job Description
<p>Our growing company is seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><span>Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.</span></li><li>Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.</li><li><span>Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. </span></li><li>Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.</li><li><span>Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business</li><li><strong>3+ years of sales experience in Construction, Decorative (Gypsum, GRC, etc), AC or Woodwork. </strong></li><li>Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.</li><li>Experience in customer relationship management.</li><li>Ability to lead a sales team.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>
