<p>We are seeking a Sales Lead</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Solving customer complaints and answering customers’ questions.</li><li>Writing reports for senior managers.</li><li>Assisting with the selling of our store’s products and services and assisting to maximize sales.</li><li>Stocking shelves, setting up displays, ringing up merchandise and sales, and performing cleaning duties.</li><li>Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers’ problems.</li><li>Maintaining inventory, filling out paperwork, and possibly tasking sales workers with buying of more supplies.</li><li>Maintaining positive customer relations.</li><li>Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.</li><li>Training new members of the sales team</li><li>Setting sales quotas</li><li>Answering questions from the sales staff</li><li>Monitoring sales performance and addressing issues when necessary</li><li>Completing sales reports and other administrative work</li><li>Addressing customer service issues that need to be escalated</li><li>Supporting the sales management team as needed</li><li>Selling products or helping sales staff negotiate and close deals</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong communication skills for interactions with customers and sales staff</li><li>Leadership skills</li><li>Strategic planning</li><li>Familiarity with effective sales strategies</li><li>Inspirational attitude and ability to create a motivating environment</li><li>Ability to train others effectively</li><li>Product knowledge</li><li>Customer service skills, including how to handle upset customers</li></ul><p> ● Fair English skills</p>
