<p>Internship : Sales & Business Development</p><p><br></p><p>Duration : 3-4 Months</p><p>Stipend : AED 1200-1500 Per Month + Incentives on closures</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead generation through tele calling, cold calling, references and email marketing etc.</li><li>Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.</li><li>Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.</li><li>New Business Development; Developing new business relationships, generating and negotiating new income for the company across UAE </li><li>Identify target companies/brands and their agencies across the region and prepare sales presentations and driving sales pitches</li><li>Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.</li><li>Develop and maintain a potential database of the clients</li><li>Updating documents and sales records.</li><li>Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.</li><li>Observing and carrying out sales processes.</li><li>Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.</li><li>Assisting managers with negotiations.</li><li>Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Sales Intern Requirements</p><ul><li>High school diploma or similar.</li><li>Strong self-motivation.</li><li>Ability to work alone or as part of a team.</li><li>Proficiency in a foreign language would be advantageous.</li><li>Ability to cope with rejection.</li><li>Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.</li><li>Superb interpersonal skills.</li><li>A professional appearance.</li></ul><p><br></p>
