Job Description

You would be responsible for finding and winning new customers, as well as looking after existing customer accounts.

  • Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
  • Making appointments with and meeting new customers
  • Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Promoting new products and any special deals
  • Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
  • Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
  • Giving feedback on sales trends

  • Ability to analyze the goal, target customer, and challenges to overcome before planning sales-oriented activities.
  • Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
  • Excellent command of soft skills and a deep understanding of sales values and principles.
  • A high level of focus on driving sales with consistent performance and teamwork.
  • Apt in dealing with clients and engagingly presenting product data for potential leads.
  • Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
