Job Description

Sales Responsibilities
• Comply with and be actively involved in IMS Policies and Procedures
• Develops Product-wise Monthly sales forecasts and submit to Line Manager
• Set up enquiry and contract files
• Maintain systems to facilitate easy data retrieval
• Maintain sales records including lab reports for customers
• Make quotations & month end reports according to Line Manager’s requirement

Operational Responsibilities
• Coordinate with Quarry Team to ensure full satisfaction during execution of works.
• Coordinate with distribution team to ensure full delivery of customer service propositions on own accounts

Commercial Responsibilities
• Agree targets for own accounts with Line Manager
• Manage own customer accounts to meet or exceed targeted sales volumes, wallet shares and prices through developing and delivering account plans and strategies
• Assist Line Manager in Identifying, Managing & Developing customer accounts
• Cash Collection & invoice submission
Compliance – Anti Bribery Commitment Responsibilities
• Read, understand, adhere and comply with the information contained within the Colas Middle East Rules of Conduct, Colas Middle East Policies, and with any training or other anti-bribery and corruption information given by the Management
• Report any witnessed non-compliance or breach of these policies

SHEQ Responsibilities
• Take reasonable care for the safety and health of themselves and others.
• Co-operate with management and front-line supervision in complying with legal requirements and company SHEQ standards, safety rules and safe systems or work.
• Take part and actively participate in SHEQ training.
• Take part in legal and company health screening when required.
• Must not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided in the interests of safety, health, welfare or the environment.
• Wear all appropriate personal protective equipment as per site rules, safe systems of work, and as instructed by management or front-line supervision.
• Report all unsafe situations to management.
• Report all incidents and damage to management whether persons are injured or not.

Customer Service Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with contacts at all levels of own customer accounts
• Develops new business opportunities with existing customers
• Maintains professionalism with customers at all times

Marketing Responsibilities
• Identify new opportunities to improve marketing/perception of business.
• Use marketing information to improve sales.
