Job Description

<p><strong>Purpose:</strong></p><p>The Sales Representative is tasked to sell all the Dynagraph products within the territory of Lebanon. In addition, act as a point of contact to represent the company to existing and prospective customers in Offset, Digital, LFP Inkjet pre-print, Flexo, Printing Equipment &amp; Consumables</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Below are the duties, functions and responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Other duties may be assigned:</strong></p><p>·Maintain Loyalty with existing customers, based on a regular reviews and visits. </p><p>·Expand Dynagraph customer base by researching the market to secure new prospects/new business. </p><p>·Act as information channel between the company, its products and existing and potential markets. </p><p>·Contact clients to negotiate terms of agreement and use persuasive skills to conduct and promote sales. </p><p>·Gather relevant market and customer information. </p><p>·Negotiate variation in price, delivery terms and lead times as per specifications. </p><p>·Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions. </p><p>·Trouble-shoot relevant documentation, delivery, service and spare parts. </p><p>·Manage the quantities of goods available in stock in coordination with Purchasing &amp; Billing Department.</p><p>·Determine the appropriate orders required to secure sufficient stocks to meet customer satisfaction / demands. </p><p>·Record sales and order information and send copies to Purchase &amp; Billing Department to expedite delivery.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education, Other Qualifications, Competencies:</strong></p><p><strong>·</strong> 5 – 8 years of relevant experience</p><p>· Very good English &amp; Arabic</p><p>· High level of computer literacy, with specific requirements for Access databases, Word, Excel and Outlook</p><p>·Ability to work well with all levels of management, executive leadership and support staff</p><p>·Ability to effectively present information to team leader, public groups, employees of company</p><p>·Strong understanding of local and international accounting standard.</p><p>·Ability to persuade/influence others in sensitive/confrontational situations.</p><p>·Innovative; Proactive; positive, meet challenges with a Can-do Attitude</p><p>·With Lebanon driving license</p><p>·The candidate shall have Bachelor Degree or in related field<strong>.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>NOTE: </strong>Locally and Immediately Available Candidates Only</p><p>for employment role</p>
