– Ensure that all agreed to sales strategies and techniques in MICE segment are fully implemented in all sales related activities.
– Achieve the overall budgeted revenue requirements -meet sales targets.
– Achieve all sales activity targets as agreed in the sales action plan.
– Attend sales related functions within the hotel and outside as directed by Cluster DOSM.
– Maintain proper opera record of all sales activity.
– Ensure a proper follow up with all assigned clients for all administrative requirements.
– Establish and maintains files on all his/her active accounts. Ensure these are maintained as live files by tracing follow-up calls, in hard copy as well as in opera.
– Provide concrete feedback to the Sales and Marketing team on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the market, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone, competition check, networking and direct mail, with your accounts.
– Maintain and ensure a high level of exposure in the hotel and in major market areas through direct sales solicitation, telephone contacts and written communications, for you and your team accounts and prospect.
