<p>The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. </p><p>The candidate has to liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>To drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales and meet/ exceed sales targets</li><li>To develop prospects for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meeting, and indirect methods such as networking, social selling to clients within the assigned territory</li><li>To develop new business with existing clients and customers and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.</li><li>To serve as the key point of contact for all customer account management matters.</li><li>To build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. And develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.</li><li>To manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.</li><li>Educate customer regarding Products and Services and sell appropriate solutions as per their requirements.</li><li>To ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.</li><li>To clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).</li><li>Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.</li><li>To participate in the collections of outstanding receivable with the customers as per the contracts terms and conditions.</li><li>Update all sales activities in Sales Force (CRM tool) on a daily basis.</li><li>Work with the Marketing department to plan and execute generation campaigns</li><li>Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities provided by reading new product features, new technology maintaining personal networks; participating in printing industry related exhibitions .</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree in any discipline (Preferably in Business Administration). </li><li>Certification in Sales (preferable)</li><li>Min. 3 years’ sales experience as account manager out of which 2 years in the Passenger Transport / Limousine Services industry, within UAE.</li><li>Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail, excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills, Excellent verbal and written communications skills, Excellent in Microsoft Office, excellent presentation, negotiation skills,</li><li>Must have UAE Driver’s License</li></ul>
