<strong>Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Valid Dubai driving license is mandatory.</li><li>Preferably an Arabic speaker, with excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.</li><li>Proven track record in sales, preferably in a related field such interior design &amp; furniture</li><li>Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.</li><li>Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.</li><li>Ability to deliver persuasive and engaging sales presentations.</li><li>Familiarity with the educational, hospitality, healthcare, and real estate sectors in Dubai is a plus.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Identify and target potential clients in the educational, hospitality, healthcare, and real estate sectors to promote our educational play spaces.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.</li><li>Meet monthly sales targets</li><li>Utilize both provided leads and actively seek out new leads to expand the client base.</li><li>Conduct effective sales presentations, demonstrating the unique benefits and features of our educational play spaces.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.</li><li>Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Competitive salary package with attractive commission structure based on performance.</li><li>Petrol expenses, Salik (toll), and parking costs will be provided.</li><li>Opportunity for professional growth and development within the company.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment.<br></li></ul>
