<p>We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Sales Executive to support the growing Consumer Sales business delivering Fonterra GM, volume, and market share.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Role Accountabilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Lead the development and deployment of the Route to Market Strategy which delivers cost effective and efficient business</li><li>Take ownership and full responsibility of assigned markets and deliver all agreed KPIs OTIF</li><li>Work closely with the customer service and demand planning team on forecast by country to reflect correct demand </li><li>Establish Joint Business Planning (JBP) with distributors to review against set scorecard for all channels </li><li>Monitor business profitability over time against agreed objectives with distributor, and devise remedial action where necessary to ensure annual volume and value targets are met</li><li>Drive Perfect Store 5 Ps in line with Fonterra Global Standards</li><li>Develop a culture that leverages global best in class thinking on Revenue Growth Management for PPA, Promotion Effectiveness and Trade Investment Management</li><li>Generate insights, performance, operations, strategies/plans for competitors, customers and channels through effective business partnering with distributors.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing to ensure all launch activities required to meet brand, channel and customer objectives are executed through effective distributor management.</li></ul><p> </p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>You would possess the following:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field</li><li>Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in the FMCG industry</li><li>Proven track record of partnership management with distributors/customers </li><li>Strong sales profile with an affinity for marketing and communication</li><li>Knowledge of the UAE market</li><li>Strong skills in RTM/RGM Management, building scorecards and promo planning</li><li>A good understanding of P/L</li><li>Executional excellence</li></ul><p></p>
