<p><span>Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE as an Outdoor Sales Representative</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><span>Visit the customers as per route plan.</span></li><li><span>Find new customers and new potential markets</span></li><li><span>Brand representation at the required standards with updated product knowledge</span></li><li><span>Monitor the competition activities and report back to office to keep all concerned informed.</span></li><li><span>Achieve the sales target by using advanced sales techniques and product knowledge</span></li><li><span>Build and maintain customers experience standards in order to build strong loyalty</span></li><li><span>Communicate with customers to assess and satisfy their needs, and meet or exceed their expectations.</span></li><li><span>Brand representation at the required standards with updated product knowledge</span></li><li><span>Meet and exceed sales targets</span></li><li><span>Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts</span></li><li><span>Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives</span></li><li><span>Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><span>2 years experiences in UAE make up markets and cosmetics</span></li><li><span>Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role</span></li><li><span>Extensive knowledge of makeup, hair care and skin care products</span></li><li><span>Bachelor degree in economy</span></li><li><span>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic third language is a plus</span></li><li><span>Driving license</span></li><li><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
