<p><strong>Sales Executive</strong> <strong><u>&amp; Beauty Therapist</u></strong></p><p>(Aesthetic Laser Devices and Cosmetic Products)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>About the job</u></strong></p><p>A reputable and a well-established&nbsp;<strong><u>Aesthetic Devices&nbsp;&amp; Cosmetic Products distributor</u></strong> in Dubai is actively recruiting for <u>Sales &amp; Application Executives</u> (fluent in either English/Arabic, English/Indian, or English/Russian).</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Key aspects of the role include:</u></strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Design and implement a strategic sales plan which will expand the company’s customer base and its strong presence in UAE.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, by becoming their point of contact for your assigned territory.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve and exceed the assigned monthly target in your territory.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team on a monthly basis.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identify market shifts / dynamics while being fully aware of new products and competitors’ &nbsp;activities. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>To be successful you will need to meet the following:</u></strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Aesthetic Business, or a Certified Beauty Therapist with hands-on laser devices <strong>SALES &amp; APPLICATION</strong> experience.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum 5 years in the Aesthetic devices and Cosmetic products field with P &amp; L responsibility.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven experience working with aesthetic laser devices in the <strong>UAE market</strong> with a very strong <strong>KOL contacts across all Emirates</strong>.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven ability to drive &amp; close the sales process from A to Z.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent written and oral communication skills (specifically in medical terminology relevant to aesthetic laser applications) in either English, Arabic, Russian or Indian languages.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, and PowerPoint.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for success and the ability to work independently.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;All applicants must be <strong>UAE based having their own car</strong>, as the position is COMMISSION BASED.</p>
