<p>I am looking for a candidate who has worked with branded distributors such as <strong>Bridgestone and Dunlop, Michelin, Continental, and Yokohama,</strong> in the same branded industries as lubrication and batteries.</p><p><br></p><p>Sales Executives for Lubricants, Batteries, and Tyres (B2B) will be in charge of the development and overall execution of sales operations. The new business will be the primary emphasis. This job will be in charge of achieving maximum profitability and growth in accordance with the company’s vision and values.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop business plans, sales processes, and strategies for the market and ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.</li><li>Obtain high-level expertise and competitive advantages from branded and unbranded lubricant, tire, and battery products, especially commercial ones.</li><li>Works closely with the operations and customer service groups.</li><li>Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.</li><li>Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans.</li><li>Provides timely reports to senior management.</li><li>Maintains sales and activity reports.</li><li>Assists in the preparation of proposals, presentations, goal setting, objection handling, closing, referral development, and other sales training.</li><li>Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5-7 years quota carrying experience</li><li>Experience and commercial knowledge of lubrication, batteries, and tyres.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>
