JOB TITLE : Sales Executive- Capelli Sport – www.capellisport.com
LOCATION : Lebanon (Base) – MENA RegionTerritory
Capelli Sport / USA partnered with Fact Universal S.A.L. a Lebanese company that service and run our back offices in the United States, Germany, China and the MENA region
We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to join our team and to maximize the Company’s agreed long and short-term volume and profit objectives for all existing (Capelli Sports) and new product lines in this sector.
He will be responsible for the direction of sales, marketing, and operations of Capelli Sport Dubai
He / She will be responsible for the P&L of this vertical under the GM supervision
** English language must be extremely proficient (Verbal, Reading, and Writing)
Requirements:
1. Advance a perspective plan, for the Sport’sApparel sector covering sales volume and turnover; P& L.
2. Responsible of business development to achieve distributed sales target.
3. Provide strategic and tactical support and guidance to achieve business objectives
4. Identifying new business opportunities to achieve continuous growth.
5. Establish good cooperative relationship with customers.
6. Identify customer needs, market trends and analyze competitors.
7. Develop a one-year to 3 years business plan with a clear business rationale.
8. Develop relationships and collaborate with other sports entities/sports teams, academies, schools etc. as well as other mainstream consumers.
9. Formulate short term tactical plans that are cost-effective, efficient, realistic, and support strategies of Capelli Sport across UAE as start and GCC area in general.
10. Managing apparel/e-commerce business initiatives from conception to implementation to delivery with quantifiable results.
11. Develop a personal knowledge of and personal relationship with, the Company’s Sport and leisure communities, media and government regulatory institution.
12. Cooperate with designers/technicians to make product solution which could fulfill customer’s requirements;
13. Co-ordinate with internal colleagues to ensure on time delivery.
14. Build company reputation.
Qualifications:
1. 5 years plus of experience in corporate sponsorship sales and sales management in the UAE, with sports management degree
2. Knowledgeable in Sports industry with wide sports products range, such as sportswear, activewear both knit and woven, sports accessories (like socks, gloves, bags) fitness equipment, sporting goods (like balls, soccer equipment), etc. on sales function and customer development will be preferred; Product reference showing on our website www.capellisport.com
3. Ability to analyze a client’s traditional, digital and non-traditional marketing needs based on the customer’s marketing targets and objectives, and craft an integrated marketing solution(s) to meet those needs
4. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including but not limited to social media, content marketing, banner ads, mobile, retargeting and websites, including interpreting performance analytics for all areas.
5. High energy level coupled with a strong drive for results
6. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to meet both short and long-term business objectives
7. Strong experience and skills on account development & management with proven successful track record
8. Effective problem-solving abilities & solution-based mindset
9. Must possess a high level of integrity and honesty
10. Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize multi-task and work effectively with minimal supervision
11. Able to demonstrate self-confidence and optimism in any environment
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience of building business relationship
13. Arabic, English & French Speaking languages
