<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p><span> </span></p><p>• Acting as a point of contact between customers and the company.</p><p> </p><p>• Increasing customer base – developing new customers.</p><p><span> </span></p><p>• Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers.</p><p><span> </span></p><p>• Conducting market surveys and competitor analysis on a periodic basis.</p><p><span> </span></p><p>• Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections.</p><p><span> </span></p><p>• Staying up to date with latest market trends and competitors to identify product improvements and/or recommend new products.</p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong>Skills & Education </strong></p><p><span> </span></p><p>• Degree in Marketing, International Business, Finance, or any other related field.</p><p><span> </span></p><p>• Minimum 3 to 5 years of local sales experience in home and garden, retail, or similar industry.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Good knowledge of the traditional markets across Oman. </span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p>• Good listening skills and attention to detail.</p><p><span> </span></p><p>• Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively.</p><p><span> </span></p><p>• At best, practical experience in a similar position.</p><p><span> </span></p><p>• Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies.</p><p><span> </span></p><p>• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.</p><p><span> </span></p><p>• Motivation skills and a positive attitude.</p><p> </p><ul><li>Fluent in English and Hindi, and Arabic is a plus. </li></ul>
