Key Responsibilities

  1. Meet and maintain the standard sales policies and processes set by the company.
  2. Meet or surpass the monthly sales targets assigned.
  3. Constantly improve selling techniques & customer handling skills.
  4. Promote additional products alongside the units, such as financing, insurance, riding gear, and accessories.
  5. Maintain knowledge of the motorcycle industry, including product range, models, features, and benefits.
  6. Identify and assess the market situation and identify customer requirements.
  7. Look for opportunities to sell our products and services.
  8. Engage in riding communities and power sports events.
  9. Perform customer visits both inside and outside and organize test rides.
  10. Continuously gauge management requirements and improvise or create reports to cater to them.
  11. Ensure work quality to avoid errors/rework and act on internal/external customer concerns to improve operation and customer satisfaction.
  12. Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
