Key Responsibilities
- Meet and maintain the standard sales policies and processes set by the company.
- Meet or surpass the monthly sales targets assigned.
- Constantly improve selling techniques & customer handling skills.
- Promote additional products alongside the units, such as financing, insurance, riding gear, and accessories.
- Maintain knowledge of the motorcycle industry, including product range, models, features, and benefits.
- Identify and assess the market situation and identify customer requirements.
- Look for opportunities to sell our products and services.
- Engage in riding communities and power sports events.
- Perform customer visits both inside and outside and organize test rides.
- Continuously gauge management requirements and improvise or create reports to cater to them.
- Ensure work quality to avoid errors/rework and act on internal/external customer concerns to improve operation and customer satisfaction.
- Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
