• Familiarity with greenhouse structures, including construction, maintenance, and operation.
• Understanding of climate control systems and their impact on crop cultivation within controlled environments.
• Knowledge of crop cultivation techniques, such as irrigation, pest control, and monitoring.
• Understanding of the seed market, including current trends, key players, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to source, evaluate, and negotiate with seed suppliers to ensure high-quality products.
• Familiarity with different seed varieties and their suitability for various agricultural practices.
• Knowledge of various types of fertilizers, including organic and synthetic options.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the agricultural industry.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit sales reports regularly.
