Job Description

  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned clients/accounts and Develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients.
  • Manage and plan regular client account calls, conduct meetings and presentations with pre-decided agendas, and oversee timely delivery of important reports.
  • Analyze client’s business and acquire an understanding of their end goals, obligations and other resources to speak for them better while representing them to the internal team.
  • Create a structural arrangement to facilitate periodic client calls, prepare relevant presentations and conduct important meetings while ensuring that the clients are supplied with reports regularly.
