We are a fast-growing company providing Mechatronics engineering services, Media production, Software development, and IT services. Our company has experienced rapid growth in recent years, and we are now seeking talented Sales Executives to join our team and drive our business growth even further.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for technology. They will also need to quickly grasp and understand new technologies and infrastructure.
Candidates must live in the UAE and have a thorough understanding of the UAE market for several years. Having a driving license is preferable but not mandatory for this role.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in our company’s success by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and demonstrating the value of our services and solutions. You will work closely with our team of experts to ensure that we meet our client’s needs and exceed their expectations.
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and close deals.
- A passion for technology and eagerness to learn the basics of our services and solutions.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using service management software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
- Experience in creating and delivering effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Knowledge of market trends and industry developments, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- A customer-focused approach and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
- The ability to quickly grasp and understand new technologies and infrastructure.
Compensation and Benefits:
- 3-month probationary period with a salary of 8,000 AED per month
- After the successful completion of the probationary period, the monthly salary will be increased to 10,000 AED per month.
- One month of paid vacation after 12 months of employment
- Company-paid flight tickets after 24 months of employment
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients
- Conducting sales presentations and demonstrating the benefits of our services and solutions
- Preparing and delivering proposals and contracts to clients
- Negotiating and closing sales deals with clients
- Collaborating with our team of experts to ensure that we meet our client’s needs and exceed their expectations.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the department.
- Managing customer relationships and using service management software and other sales tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and monitor progress towards sales targets.
- Tracking and finding new clients, successfully offering our products, and achieving sales targets.
- Staying up to date with market trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Traveling within the UAE to meet clients and attend industry events.
