Job Description

·         Develop customer accounts and travel within their designated area to drive business and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams.

·         Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients .

·         Understand the DMC/Tour Operators needs in order to build win-win strategic partnerships.

·         Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions.

·         Liaise with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.

·         Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management.

·         Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner.

·         Entertaining and conducting hotel inspections with partners.

·         Engaging in weekly sale activities in order to secure the continuous growth of business. (Sales Calls, Sales Blitz, prospecting calls….).

·         Be role model and ambassador of Four Seasons culture.
